I have to say that of all the vacation spots from my childhood, Universal Studios is still one of my favorites to this day.
We were never much for Disney. Sure, we went a time or two, but ultimately, Universal Studios is what really sent a thrill up my leg. At the time the Jaws Ride and Back To the Future simulator were high technology and cutting edge, but now Jaws is rusty and jerky experience and the BTTF ride is no longer there.
Rather, the building is now The Simpson's ride. It looks like engineers slapped on a new coat of paint to the old ride. They even got rid of the Delorean that used to sit out front.
It was a great chance to see the old family and even explore a new park (well, not new, but new to us) in Sea World where sits one of the best roller coasters — The Manta.
Amazing. Check out more from the vacation here.
